Dictate on your phone just like on your computer
On Android, you have two options: the Zicelo keyboard with a big microphone, or a small bubble that appears next to your usual keyboard. Tap, speak, and clean text fills the box.
Zicelo Keyboard
Big microphone in the center, plus keys for comma, space, period, backspace, and Enter. Does not dictate in password fields.
Dictation Bubble
Keep your own keyboard (Gboard, SwiftKey). The bubble appears only while you type and you can move it anywhere on the edge.
Synced with your account
Dictionaries, shortcuts, and styles from your computer come to your phone too.
How to start the bubble
Install the app
Download the APK and open it. If your phone asks, allow installation from this source.
Allow microphone access
The app asks for microphone access only once (a keyboard can’t ask on its own).
Start the bubble from Accessibility
Settings › Accessibility › Zicelo. If you see “Restricted Setting”: App Info › ⋮ › “Allow restricted settings”, then try again.
On iPhone, the system doesn’t allow a keyboard to use the microphone. Until iOS app is available, use the web app on iPhone for recordings.
