FAQs
What does “per user / month” mean?
You pay for every person using Zicelo on your team. A seat can be reassigned to someone else anytime from the team page.
What’s included for free?
Dictation in any app with 2,000 words per week, Notetaker on Windows and browser, 10 AI summaries per month, meeting search, and 20 assistant questions. No credit card required.
What are AI credits?
One credit = one question to “Ask Zicelo” or one manual AI action on a meeting. Automatic post-meeting summaries don’t use credits. Credits renew at the start of each month.
Which languages are supported?
Over 50 languages, detected automatically: Romanian (with diacritics), Hungarian, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and many more. You can mix languages in the same sentence.
Do I need a bot to join meetings?
No. The Windows app and Chrome extension listen directly from your computer, so no extra participant appears. If you still want a bot (e.g. when you’re away), you can launch it from Pro with the meeting link.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period. Your meetings stay saved.
How do I pay by invoice?
For Enterprise (and on request for Business teams) we issue invoices payable by bank transfer. Send us a message with your seat count and company details.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Dictation audio is deleted right after transcription, and data sent to AI models via API is not used for training. Details on the Security page.
