Hold down
Hold CtrlWin while you speak. Release and the text pastes itself, usually in under two seconds.
Hands free
Tap the same combo briefly and speak as long as you want, no need to hold keys. Tap again to finish.
Command mode
Select text, add Alt and say what to do: “make it shorter”, “more polite”, “translate to English”, “make a list”.
Cleaned, not just transcribed
A raw transcript is full of “uh”, repeats, and partial phrases. Zicelo keeps your words but removes the noise.
- Autocorrections: “at 3, no, at 4” becomes “at 4”.
- Lists: when you list, you get a numbered list.
- Formatting: “new line”, “new paragraph”, numbers, dates, amounts and email addresses written correctly.
- Accents: ă, â, î, ș, ț - correct, with the comma below.

Adapts to the app you write in
Choose the style for each app type - email, work, personal chats - and Zicelo applies it automatically, based on the active window.
Learns your names
Add client names, products, and trade terms to the dictionary and Zicelo writes them exactly right. Voice shortcuts turn a keyword into full text: signature, address, a standard reply.
50+ languages
Detected automatically. You can mix Romanian and English in the same sentence.
Fast
Text transcribes while you speak, so at the end it only needs cleaning.
Private
Audio is deleted from the server immediately after transcription. Doesn’t dictation in password fields.

Dictation questions
Can I change the keys?
Yes, in Settings > Shortcuts: dictation key, command mode key, cancel (Esc) and “paste last dictation again” (Alt+Shift+Z).
What if the internet goes down?
The recording stays in history and you can resend it with “Retry” when connection’s back. You don’t lose what you said.
Does it work on Mac or iPhone?
For now Zicelo runs on Windows, Android and in the browser. Mac and iPhone versions are in progress.
Does the clipboard stay?
Yes. Zicelo pastes text via clipboard and restores what you had copied before.
