This policy explains what personal data we process when you use Zicelo, as the data controller (or, for your team's data, as an authorized representative of the company managing the team).
1. What data we process

2. Legal basis
Contract performance (service provision), legitimate interest (security, service improvement based on aggregated stats), legal obligations (billing), and, where applicable, your consent.
3. Who we share data with
- OpenAI (transcription and language models, via API) - data sent via API is not used to train models.
- Our hosting provider for our servers.
- Payment processor (for card payments) - we do not see or store card data.
- Apps you connect (Slack, Notion, CRM, etc.) - they receive only what you choose to send.
- Meeting bot provider, only if you send a bot into a meeting.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; we rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other legal safeguards in such cases.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, portability, and object, as well as to withdraw your consent. Many can be exercised directly in the app (export and deletion of meetings). For the rest, contact us via the Support page. You also have the right to complain to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
5. Security
We use encrypted connections, only store session token hashes, encrypt integration keys, and limit internal access. Details on the Security page.
6. Minors
The service is not intended for persons under 16 years old.
7. Changes
When we make important changes to this policy, we notify you by email or in the app.
